At ARNA, we believe yoga is for every body. Our space is built on respect, kindness, and the understanding that each person arrives with their own experiences, abilities, and intentions.

We welcome all students—whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening a long-term practice. Our teachers are here to support you with clear guidance, compassionate adjustments, and a commitment to creating a safe, nurturing environment.

We ask everyone to honour their own pace, listen to their body, and extend the same patience and respect to others in the room. Together, we cultivate a community rooted in openness, curiosity, and a shared love of practice.

Pay as you go: £25 per class

Pack of 10 classes to be used over 6-month period: £190

48-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made before 48 hours will be entitled to a voucher to reschedule their class. Cancellations made after 48 hours will be charged at full price. No refunds available.

In the circumstance that the teacher cancels the class, all students will be entitled to a voucher to reschedule their class.

All students must agree to the cancellation and ethics policy at the point of booking.
